Random crackish idea

Now, I'll probably never write this. But it amused me so I'll post it.

I have no idea how many of you all *nods to readers* have read the series Angel Sanctuary, but it's an interesting series, even if it is crackish. Very. I've been rereading it lately, and I had this idea.

Several recurring characters in this series are the Angels of the Elements; Fire, Water, Earth, and Wind. Now, when I was washing my hands - because I get a lot of odd but usually very nice ideas in the bathroom, why I don't know - I was thinking of them, and my brain started playing the theme song from Captain Planet.

Yes. Captain Planet.

So now I've got an idea for a melding of Captain Planet and Angel Sanctuary, with Micheal as Fire, Jibril as Water, Uriel as Earth, Raphael as Wind, and Adam Kadamon as the Captain. I'm not sure who Heart would be - Alexiel, mabye? They would fight against those who want to destroy the planet and against the forces of God-Controlled Heaven. Hmm...Maybe Adam would be "Mother (?) Earth" and Alexiel would be the Captain...And Sara can't be heart....Hmm. I may have to think about this.

My brain amuses me.

Edit- saint_archie has declared that he will not rest until this story sees the light of day, writing it himself if he must. So yes. It probably won't be a for a while, but this thing might actually get written.

Edit again- Hah! Raziel is Heart! Perfect! And Alexial is the Captain. *nods*

Oh, and on a more serious note, if I do take this up, I'm warning you now, I will be playing it for laughs at every possible opportunity, because that's the only way I could ever even conceive of making it work.

I should probably also warn you that, my writing skills being what they are, it will almost certainly be an atrocious mess.
