So I start school in A WEEK AND A FUCKING HALF. Now, admittedly, this year I am not as terrified as usual. At least not over the actual school bits. The classes and such I'm looking forward to. (Yay, class on Gender and Society! Yay, class on the Soviet Union!) My roommate is an English major who sounds decent. Financial Aid might be a bit of a kerfuffle, but I *might* be able to get it sorted out.
No, the terror at the moment is about the job. Now, yay that I have a job lined up. Jobs are good things. Very good things.
It's a tutoring job.
OH GOD I AM GOING TO BE SO HORRIBLE AT THIS SO BAD OH GOD.
^This is what the inside of my brain looks like when I think about it.
It'll be in sociology. Probably intro to soc. It won't be difficult material, surely, but. Oh god.
The basis is that It's New and Something I Haven't Done and Oh God I Will Mess This Up Somehow.
So yeah. Training is next Friday.
