Aerith might poke at his brains from afar every once in a while, in a kind of "Are you still alive out there? Come home soon~ <3" kind of way.
I've heard that theory before, and I can kind of buy it re:Vincent since Cloud essentially stole half of his wardrobe, but I'm not sure about the rest of 'em. Plus he has that being stalked by Tifa thing going on, although she seems to be pretty bad at finding him... but then again he's pretty bad at finding Sephiroth considering that Sora has to play messenger-boy, and--and KH is the eternal story of people running around after each other and constantly missing.
Zack would be willing to rent the hotel room, buy the lube, and make sure there's enough bedspace to accommodate all of Seph's feathers, I'm pretty sure. Because he's just that fed up with it.
Yeah, if you look at FFVII canon proper it's all Cloud chasing Seph, but anything other than that and it's this weird yoyo effect.
Honestly, I can buy it, given how effed-up canon is. Which then leads into the question of what exactly stopped her from making good on her plan--who offed Cruella DeVille?
