1. Kaiba Seto.

Probably my favorite Yuugiou character, ever. He's foul tempered and cold, but there's a core of blinding, brilliant *light* that won't go away no matter what he does. And he's just so much fun to watch - watching him crawl up from his own hell and carve his future out of sheer force of will. He's amazing, and he's a little insane, but he has the gift of taking those crazy ideas and turning them into reality. He's also smart, and that always (Always!) gets points with me.  Fun little bastard, this one. I'd probably end up punching him in the face if I actually had to deal with him, but hey.


2. Mokuba/Shizuka.

*laughs* It's cute, what can I say? Plus the look on both Jou and Seto's faces when they find out... (Jou would Not Be Pleased.) I've never been able to rock Seto/Shizuka, or any of the other Shizuka pairings. And I've never really liked most of the Mokuba pairings (when people actually remember that he exists :()...though I will admit a weakness for Mokuba/Mana. (Thank you, Nenya...) But this...this I can do. Besides, I like going against the masses and having Shizuka like the Other Kaiba amuses me.

3. Your favorite Death Note character.

I'm not sure who my favorite is, actually. There's fondness - which would probably put Soichiro or Mastuda at the top of the list - and then there's interest - which shots Light and L to the top. Really, I like them all, but it's more fun with Light and L around. If they can handle sharing top spot, that is. *grin* 

4. Musical preferences. (You like JRock?!)

Yes, yes I do. I'm not that into the scene though - I've heard Gackt, and X-Japan, and Hyde, and Diago Stardust amuses me a lot - but I don't really know any groups except the really well known ones though. (That being said - "Emu~For My Dear" is one of the prettiest Songs Ever.) I should probably get into it more, because what I've heard is generally pretty damn good.

5. Fanfiction and/or novels.

I write. It's what I do. Sometimes I play in someone else's sandbox, and sometimes I whip out my hammer and nails and clumsily try to make my own sandbox. Haven't finished any yet (keep runnin' out of glue) but I'm working on them.  I need to post some fics, though...have that Kaiba fic from forever ago that I think I can finish...

I've never been able to rock Seto/Shizuka
There's a reason why "Coffee Girl" is one of the only Kaiba/Shizuka fic that is considered a must-read for the pairing (The other is "With the French Maid in Kaiba's Closet," which is grossly OOC but immensely popular). It's really hard to write, and even though I ship the pair, I have a hard time thinking of a situation where they'd be in each other's orbits aside from the overused maid/secretary cliche.

I hope you staert writing more. I need to get off my ass and finish my own project too ^_^;

Yeah... *shrug* Granted, the whole 'secretary/maid' bit is overused for EVERY Kaiba pairing. Even the slash ones. *sigh* I mean, it might be an interesting idea, to see the character development necessary for everyone involved...but how often does that happen?

...course, the whole 'prideshipping = otp' thing doesn't help it's chances with me. *chuckles* Ah well. *shrug*
