Brief musing on snow

splinteredstarOne of the great differences between adults and children is this: when an adult looks at snow, they think, "Oh great, I can't go anywhere", while a child thinks, "Must play!"
And then there are teenagers who, depending on the region, think, "Sweet! No school!"
(Sorry, I'm stuck in that great big ICE STORM OF DOOM that hit the middle of the US. Three inches of snow, half inch of ice, and then another three inches of snow. Dangerous, but pretty. And I just got in from rolling around in the backyard and chasing my dogs. Yay.)
