yeah, i think this is kind of - it's the same problem that intersectionality is trying to fix, I think. It's the problem inherent in lesbian separatism, and white feminism, and all of those things. Because we have one thing in common we have all things in common - all needs are like my needs. What I find comfortable all people find comfortable.
People are complicated but we're... not very good at dealing with it? so we reduce it down. Make each other simple, until it's easier.
