D'aww! I don't have much resolve when it comes to begging animals. I pretty much give in all the time!
Yeah, so I've heard - that's why everyone in Tokyo has a tiny toy dog. Well, that and they think they're "kawaii", I guess, but with small apartments big dogs are really tough to have. My father lives in the country and has many acres of land, therefore they have a Newfoundland dog, who I also love (his name is, appropriately, Wookie.) I'm not sure cats are really good in tiny apartments, either, all animals need lots of exercise and space to run around, though I've heard of cats being leash-trained, too, when in the city letting them outside is not an option. Since I travel so much, my cat lives with my parents in their pretty spacious house and quiet residential area... if I were to get a pet in Tokyo, I think I'd go for a ferret.
But if I ever settle in the country, I want a big wolf-like doggie! :D Or just a Golden Retriever or something. I'm not picky about breeds, honestly, I just don't like the little yappy ones.
