Life goes on

So I failed my 1st physics test. Badly. Like 46/100

It made me feel better that many of my classmates (many who are better at it than I am) failed only slightly less badly. But still, I was... shellshocked for about a half hour.

Then I curled up and remembered that it was about the same score I got on my first chem and calc tests last year, and I came back from those fine. (And chem by a half decent margin.)

Few failures are forever - this is not one of them. And this year I have a better idea of the kind of system I need, which should help. Also, I'm done with KH3d, which should help. (Sign I've played too much: I've caught myself staring at lamposts longingly, wishing that I could jump into flowmotion.)

I think I will post a thing. Though it could use editing... later.

I'm sorry to hear about your physics score. But you're right - it matches your initial chem and calc test and you pulled yourself up from those. Maybe you should check out tutoring or other study opportunities? And yeah, applying what you learned from last year makes sense.

Good Luck!

Yeah, I think I will. Also go back and learn what I messed up. Good luck with new boss!

You can pull yourself up from that grade. Plus if the whole class did badly it is not a sign of anything negative about you--it's a sign of how difficult the test was.

...I also feel that way about lampposts and railings. >.>

Yeah. And we get to drop one test, presumably for this exact reason.

I'll stare at buildings and go "oh hey I've always wondered what's up there I could oh wait no this is real life darn." and then I am a sad panda.
