They're making a DS remake of Pokemon Gold and Silver!

Squee! (Yes, I actually did make that sound. Shush, you.)

I've been waiting for this FireRed and LeafGreen came out... Johto was my favorite area, hands down. And Crystal was my favorite game.

This means I get to have my Typhosion again! *glee* And a Houndoom! Oh goodness have I missed my Houndoom...

Comes out in Japan this fall...*yays*

^^; I... really only know the first 151 Pokemon. I did play Gold/Silver, but I don't remember them well.. there are only a handful of new Pokemon that really stuck out for me. Like Serebii. Celebi? I can't remember the English name. It was kinda depressing to see "new" Johto all changed, like Viridian Forest gone and stuff. Neat, though. And the Pokemon breeding was cool...

but past that I can't remember much. ^^; But I love my original Pokemons!

Celebi, yes.

I just freaking love Ecruteak city, and the mythology that came out in Gold and Silver is so much fun. (I'm a dork. I actually want to figure out the Natural History of the Pokemon world.) And in Crystal we could actually be a girl character. When I was eight that was a Big Deal.
