Fangirl confession: Watchmen

Gather 'round, it's confession time. Because I spent too much time reading fandomsecrets 



I know it's fangirl bait.

I know that very few authors would be able to make it work, and I'm not one of them.

I know it will never, ever happen without serious psychological restructuring on both ends, almost to the point of it being OOC.

I know that if it did happen it would probably be dysfunctional and angsty.

But damn it, I still want cute Rorschach/Daniel fic. And I think there's canon basis for it.



There may be something wrong with me.

And heaven help me, I just started looking for fanfiction.

I'm nothing like the sort of writer that could pull off convincing Watchmen fanfiction, but even if I was, I doubt I'd write any, partly out of respect for the source material, but mostly because I'd be constantly afraid that Alan Moore was going to sneak into my house at night and beat me to death with his cane...

Yes, there is that too.

I'd be afraid of that just for shipping Rorschach/Anyone...if I honestly didn't think that he meant some of that with Dan.
