an abundance of loki. inevitably
He's not a bully and he's not malicious, he just doesn't stop to think about things much - teasing works with the warriors three, and they understand that he doesn't really mean it, so obviously Loki should know that too. Sparring is *fun*, way more fun than hiding in the library, and Loki probably just loses out of spite.
When Loki falls he mourns, but not with much belief - Loki would come back, he knows with faith and trust, because Loki would always come back.
He has a slight electrical charge around him at all times, and more so when he's startled or excited. Tony banned him from his workshop after he made machinery explode on accident. (Only Tony is allowed to do that.)
In the end, when Thor presses, staring Odin down and refusing to be budged until he got an answer to why Loki was in so much pain, so broken in those last moments - in the end Odin sighs and tells him, tells him about an newborn Jotun and a spell, secrets he never meant to tell. Thor blinks, glances at the spot where Loki would have been standing if he were there, wonders if mercy on the Jotnar planet meant he had to like individuals - then he decides it doesn't matter, because Loki is still Loki.
(he doesn't ask why Odin said no, why Odin didn't grab them both, because he's afraid of what the answer would be.)
He likes Jane, but he liked a dozen mortal girls before her, and while she matters more because of what he learned with her, he never intended to keep her.
Loki is his brother, his best friend, his partner in crime and his -he always cuts off at that point, and he doesn't know why and never examines it too closely. Loki is his Loki, and that is all that matters. (He likes fine boned girls, and green eyes, and never thinks about that either.)
Loki once taught him "fetch", but never quite managed "roll over." Thor figured out that he was eating dog treats by then.
Of all of Loki's children, Thor thinks that he liked Fenrir the most.
...may just do loki's anyway, but later.
